local restaurants that deliver to this address. Malls, restaurants and
shops are only minutes away. Disney's spectacular Animal Kingdom Lodge
is minutes away and has one of Central Florida's finest selection of
family restaurants. Do not miss BOMA family buffet. An event of its
own as you dine South African style while giraffes and zebras roam the
savannahs outside the restaurant.
Just
beyond the connecting dining room you arrive at the gourmet kitchen.
In fact it is part of a combination room that includes a family room,
second dining room and fully modern kitchen. Every major modern appliance
is included .Cooking utensils and dishes are abundant in supply and
are able to satisfy the 12 guests that can sleep in this villa. Ceramic
tile floors abound on the main floor of this villa.
The
Family (TV) room has a sleeper couch and love seat as well as full color
cable television with VCR. The local Cable television company provides
every channel from the Children’s Cartoon Network to the American
Movie Classic Network. Endless hours of TV or movies can be enjoyed
on the over 60 network television stations. There certainly will be
no need require even more entertainment in this room. A large sliding
door opens on a near wall of glass so that this room will almost feel
like you are living outside on those lovely Spring or Autumn days.
Just
beyond the family room is your first Master Bedroom Suite. Very large
and private.It has a queen size bed set. Separate from the rest of the
villa so you can literally retreat to this lovely bedroom. There is
a second color television / VCR located here.
A
large ensuite bathroom includes a large walk in shower, oval style bath
tub that is perfect for a soothing bubble bath and walk in closets as
large as many guests home bedrooms. This room is almost like a small
apartment. What a secret corner of the house to cozy up with a long
overdue novel as all that afternoon sunshine comes through your virtual
glass wall sliding door. Better yet, the sliding door allows you to
retreat at night for a private rendez vous on the pool deck . Ideal
for midnight cocktails pool side while the rest of the families sleeps
in the other parts of the house.
Your
second Master Bedroom suite is a virtual copy of the downstairs master.
The same features and style of decor but with one little extra. A queen
size bed is the main feature here along with lots of soothing space away
from the rest of the group or family. A colour television receives all
the major television networks. The special feature is a private balcony
that opens out from the bedroom area. Where you enjoy distant views over
this conservation lake. At night, millions of stars shine down on this
balcony as virtual total darkness to the rear of the villa makes this
room a very romantic bedroom suite. 
That
means you can sleep 12 if using the sleeper sofa in the family room.
It
has a slightly larger pool then most homes at Sunset Lakes. A true aqua-marine
treasure. Additionally, it has a waterfall fountain that can soothe
your tired nerves with the gentle sounds of a trickling water as it
cascades in to the pool. Very relaxing at the end of a busy day at Disney
World.
