Comfort and convenience were built into this exclusive, executive pool villa. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, right down to the English teakettle. The advantage of being able to cook when and what you like, and eat in the comfort and privacy of your home is obvious to any family who travels. This villa is perfect for two couples or a family that travels with grandparents. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms.

Numerous restaurants and shopping malls are within a short distance from Sunset Lakes, this executive lakeside villa appeals to discerning guests. A self-catering holiday in Florida will always save you money. You have the freedom to come and go as you please, where no time constraints exist. There will be "endless hours" of fun in the pool, as it is open twenty-four hours a day.

Upstairs master bedroom This villa has central air conditioning, cable TV in both masters (19") and family room (25"), and telephones that accept international credit cards for calling home. There is a generous supply of inventories, which include sufficient towels, linens, and utensils to accommodate each guest. Plus there is also the convenience of a washer and dryer in the villa.

You'll enjoy the extra spacious Palm Springs model which is the largest 4 bedroom floor plan at Sunset Lakes. There are 2 master bedrooms, 2 standard bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room should you have a ninth or tenth guest.

There is nothing more enjoyable than soaking up the Florida sunshine while you relax around your own private lakefront pool and watch the sunset in the western sky. Weekly pool service is included with your rental. The pool can also be heated for your winter comfort, but this is an extra option. These arrangements must be made in advance as the pool heater will be kept on for a minimum of 5 days while you are in residence.

Upstairs master bedroom with views across the lake.After a fun day at the Disney parks or the many local golf courses you can relax in your own private, air conditioned, luxurious villa. The lake view alone is enough to inspire you to really want to relax and enjoy a great vacation......where doing nothing may be on the top of your list of things to do.

The villa has 2 Master Bedroom suites which are furnished with queen size bedding. Both bedrooms have large en suite bathrooms that include a Roman style oval tub and glass shower. Both master bedrooms have 19" color televisions.

Each master bedroom has a very large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and oval tub, ideal for a bubble bath after a long and tiring day in the Disney parks.

Downstairs is the location of the second master bedroom with its own sliding door access to the pool deck.  A color television is located here.  The downstairs master bedroom has another grand en-suite bathroom with large oval tub and walk in shower.

Twin beds in bedroom 3 and 4 The third and fourth bedrooms are also upstairs and both are furnished with twin beds.  These two bedrooms share a third full bathroom.  

Every room is professionally decorated with traditional Florida styles.  (This villa sleeps 10 if using the sleeper sofa in the living room.)

Imagine waking up each morning to a beautiful and breathtaking view over the private lake.  A multitude of migrating birds and small wildlife are attracted to the water front as there is a wildlife reserve within 100 yards of the Rising Star villa.

Minutes away the Publix Supermarket has a full service delicatessen with ready to serve meals. Why cook when you can have a gourmet feast on your table in minutes.

How would you enjoy having breakfast in your own gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook?  All appliances are provided including a microwave and dishwasher.  There is even an outdoor dining area that is sheltered by a verandah.  How about cocktails under the rising midnight stars?  Millions of stars shine above the beautiful quiet lake.

Family room look out over the lake.The spacious family room is decorated to a very comfortable standard that includes a couch and loveseat from which you can watch the kids in the pool through the sliding glass door. You can enjoy color cable television that has almost 60 channels and a VCR with a small library of movies. You may enjoy a long over due novel in the formal living room since this room is separated from the family room. It will provide a quiet place to enjoy a quiet moment or afternoon nap. There is also a sleeper sofa should you have a ninth or tenth guest. With two living rooms you really will have the space needed to relax in comfort.

In the evening you can have an elegant dinner with your family in the comfort of your own dining room. Or if you choose not to cook, ordering pizza to eat by the pool while playing cards or a board game will pass the time on those lazy vacation days.

A formal living room is located at the front of the house and offers you that extra touch of privacy. Perfect for curling up with a novel or just a quiet spot to sit back and plan your next day.
Screened pool for relaxing dips and family fun. Last but not least, the pool and patio are where you can enjoy swimming with the family for hours on end.  The pool is 3 to 5 feet deep.
