Harbour is a great location only 5 minutes from the local supermarket and
shopping mall and just 20 minutes from some of the best beaches in Florida at
Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island. If theme parks are more you thing then
Busch Gardens at Tampa is only an hours drive and Orlando with Disney and
Universal is just over an hour and a half drive. There are also a number
of quality golf courses nearby.

developed for the resident and holiday maker that demands that little bit
extra. Within walking distance of the villa is a communal pool and new
recreational centre with volley ball, tennis and basketball courts, all
available to you during your stay.

villa itself has 4 bedrooms plus large living and dining room with a separate
"family area" overlooking the pool and the natural lake beyond.
All rooms are well equipped with luxury furniture and quality installations of
TV's, VCR and stereo system.  The
kitchen is a contemporary all American style with all the modern conveniences
that you would expect including coffee maker, microwave etc. There is also
a breakfast table and chairs.
 The
large pool is 28ft long and the owner has thoughtfully installed a (removable)
child safety screen between the house and the pool to stop non swimmers and
small children falling in the pool and has the benefit of a lanai screen and
electric heating (optionally available at an additional cost).
