As you enter the home you first see the formal dining room that

Disney theme parks. A color television with over 60 channels and a VCR make for
hours of entertainment. Every type of TV pleasure from a Classic Movie Channel
to a 24 hour per day Cartoon Network guarantees everyone in the family will
never complaining about not having anything to watch. A large sliding door opens
from the living room directly on to the pool deck.

Immediately beyond the living room is your gourmet kitchen. White
counters, a large refrigerator and cooking stove , microwave and numerous small
appliances make this the truly modern kitchen. The white ceramic tiles and
kitchen nook ,that seats four , assure you of having the ideal kitchen to
prepare either a light snack or surprise meal. You’ll never want to cook meals
when you can order in catered meals from the numerous world class restaurants
located down the boulevard at Formosa Gardens Mall. There’s even a wonderful
dinner show located next door at the Splendid China Botanical Gardens. A great
value for under $20 and you’ll enjoy a feast of Chinese delicacies combined
with a wonderful dinner show.
Behind the kitchen you will find your own laundry room that
includes a large washer and dryer. There is an inside access door to your two
car garage.

The Master Bedroom is sumptuous. A king size bed , color television
and marble featured tiled en suite bathroom await you like a private retreat
within this large home. A ceiling fan gently relaxes you on a balmy summer
afternoons when the outside humidity requires you retreat to your large bedroom
for an overdue nap. You can either enjoy the glass walk in shower or perhaps a
bubble bath in your own oval shaped bathtub. If this is not enough, a private
door leads you from the Master Bedroom out on to the pool deck. Ideal for a
romantic midnight swim when all the family is asleep in the other part of the
house.
On the other side of the formal living room is the
location of bedroom two with twin beds and bedroom three with a queen size
bed. A second full bathroom is shared by these bedrooms.

The swimming pool is really special. It is gas heated (optional extra) so even
on cool winter days you can enjoy the 82F water temperature. South east facing
so you enjoy sunshine from sunrise to late in the afternoon. If it rains you
should be not concerned. A large lanai porch, attached to the house, protects
you from either rain or that relentless Florida sunshine. What better way to
enjoy a nap on those lazy vacation afternoons. Flowering oleander bushes
surround the pool and when their lovely pink flowers are in bloom the garden is
a blaze of color. A generous supply of luxurious pool furniture makes this pool
complete. Whether you are lying under the sun or enjoying cocktails around your
outside dining room set.
