From the moment you enter you feel like you have
arrived home....Right from your ceramic tile foyer you know you
have arrived at a unique home. Whether it is the chandelier or the private
entrance to the granny suite. This house is plainly different in a good way.
The first room you happen upon is the formal dining room. You can tell the
actual owners enjoy formal meals. A lovely mahogany stained table set is set
with elegant dishes and a silk gardenia floral display. An art deco chandelier
draws soothing light in to this room.
What better way to entertain then to have your formal
living room adjoin the dining room. A white oak wall unit enjoys the benefits
of color television, VCR and stereo system. Cable TV abounds with over 60
network channels available to pass your time. Whether it is the Sports
Networks, a Children's Cartoon Network or a Classic Movie station. You will
find them all available.
Two couches and a loveseat share this rooms seating
requirements. One couch opens up in to a sleeping sofa bed for two. A sliding
door opens directly from here on to the pool deck and outdoor dining lanai.
Now here is a kitchen designed around an active family.
Whether it is the bar stools or the breakfast nook. Feeding your family will
not be a problem. A full size stove and refrigerator is just the start. There
is also the benefits of a microwave, dishwasher and a variety of smaller
appliances. The quality dishes and cutlery will easily satisfy a family
of ten.
The master bedroom is well designed
for any modern couple. There is a queen size bed set, a second color
television and a large sliding door that leads directly on to the pool
deck. Perfect when the lure of a midnight swim is something you have longed
for all day. The en suite bathroom is typical of all Oak Island Homes. Large

If you ever have spent hours at Disney World nothing beats your having those
muscles relaxed by 15 minutes with those soothing jet bubbles.
Just outside the Master Suite is
bedroom two that has been decorated along a Mickey Mouse theme. It has twin
beds and a small door access to the master en suite bath.
Private Granny Suite plus bedroom Four
The main feature of this villas bedrooms are the Granny Suite of bedrooms at the front of the house. You can
enter via a separate and locked outside door or from the entrance foyer.
Either way you happen upon a two bedroom combination that has its own second
full bathroom.
Bedroom four is the actual granny suite with its
own queen size 4 poster canopy bed. Sunny and bright during the
day..... quiet and peaceful at night.
These two rooms are fully separated from the rest of the house through a
privacy door in to the main hallway. There is a second full bathroom located
between these two bedrooms. This is an ideal arrangement for two
couples wanting individual privacy or a small family that may include
grandparents.
Now we arrive at what most guests long for. Your own
private and heated pool (optional extra). Not only is there a sheltered lanai
porch you have an abundance of pool furniture. It includes two lounge chairs
and an outdoor dining set. This pool faces south west so the sunshine
radiates all day in to this back yard. Ideal for an afternoon swim when you
need a break from Disney World and come home for a couple of hours.
This home being located on lovely Drifting Lily Loop
means that you not only have a prestigious address but you also have a
home with distinctive quality features provided by the original building
contractor. Are their other homes with finer features? Most certainly
but none can match the value of available here. This is not to mention that
your are literally minutes down the road from the Disney Resort. This truly
