to literally thousands of villas and apartments / condominiums across Florida and beyond, the
properties featured on this website are representative of the high standard you will find
in your chosen location.
Through our
years in business and wide ranging contacts we are able to offer you
apartments and villas from 1 to 7 bedrooms. Rentals are fully inclusive
of all taxes and utilities, but do not include pool heating. Pool
heating can be prearranged and paid locally on some homes (details upon
request).
 Most
of our properties are privately owned but managed by local Floridian management
companies. Consequently all villas vary in style of decoration
and furniture because owners add their own "little touches", however they
are all maintained to a very high standard.
 All
villas are air-conditioned and fully equipped for your complete comfort and
convenience with all bed linen and towels supplied. Most kitchens include
microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and all homes have cable TV and telephone.
Many have irons and hairdryers but not all have teapots!
You
have the choice of your own private, screened pool or communal facilities and
pool. Cots, high chairs, rollaway beds and barbecues can be hired.
 The management company will be located nearby with
dedicated staff who are on hand to
provide assistance during your stay. Your villa or condo will be
cleaned and fresh for your arrival. We provide you with a local contact
number, map and easy to follow directions to your holiday accommodation in addition
to an information pack and 'Hidden Florida' guide.
